Emotional Baggage
is the story of Julius Manly from Biggar, Saskatchewan who, at the age of
thirty-five, finally leaves home for the first time in his
life. At the local bus station, he eagerly awaits the bus that will
carry him to the bright lights of New York City. Before leaving
though, he must face up to his own "emotional baggage."
The show premiered
at the Edmonton Fringe Festival in 1987 and has since been performed
at Festivals across Canada, the United States, Australia and New
Zealand.
